Project Details

Our client, a homeowner, sought our services for a comprehensive and competitive scaffold solution to enable a full retile and gutter replacement. The residential property was situated on a busy road, posing unique challenges that required meticulous planning and coordination. We provided scaffolding to facilitate safe access to the roof and a working platform for the roofers, ensuring the scaffolding met all safety standards and regulations. We worked closely with the homeowner to understand their specific requirements and concerns, with coordinating access to the rear of the property being particularly important for efficient execution.

We coordinated with a traffic management company to implement a traffic light system during scaffolding installation and removal, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the local council. The work area was clearly marked with warning signs and barriers to enhance safety for both pedestrians and motorists. The scaffolding was regularly inspected and maintained to guarantee stability throughout the hire period, and safety guidance was provided for the roofing team working at height.
